I HAVE BEEN GIVEN A BIO DISK BY A FRIEND TO USE AS AM SUFFERING FROM SWOLLEN AND VERY PAINFUL KNEES. WHAT CAN I DO TO KNOW IF THE DISK IS ACTIVE OR EXPIRED, AM VERY MUCH TRUSTING THE DISK AND HAVE STARTED USING IT IN THE WATER AND KNEES.
